The pulled pork was decent. The BBQ sauces were good. Everything else was just so so. Nothing really impressive. I guess it's alright for it's location, but there is much better BBQ out there. It's nice that it has a drive thru. Overall not bad. Just not up to my BBQ standards. Very clean restaurant. The food wasn't anything special, but it was delicious. We had the baked potatoes with brisket. Billy Sims reminded me of City BBQ in Indiana. Good food, polite staff, and lots of football.
The wait was long, seemed like they were either under staffed or under prepared for the amount of business they would get but besides the wait the food was good. The portions were alright and the beans were good, most definitely will be back and will be trying the wings and ribs next time.
Fresh meat - nice and juicy!!! Internet was down - manager was playing good music from her phone!!! Two meat dinner - pulled pork and sliced brisket!!!
